Federal Way could get light rail this fall, before Eastside crossing

In a schedule flip sure to please south-end travelers, Sound Transit will accelerate the start of Federal Way light rail service to this fall, pushing it ahead of the Seattle-Bellevue crossing over Lake Washington expected in early 2026.
